Monday Gym Motivation - Paving the Way to a Good Week in the Gym

It is the beginning of yet another week and I would like for all of us to start it off on a good note. Some of you may have used the weekend to rest whereas others may have not but whatever the case I am here to give you this week’s dose of some gym quotes so that they motivate you to be the best you can be and work your butt off in the gym, or where-ever you have you workouts.
